There are so many Quick Fat Loss and Quick Weight Loss fad diets, exercise programs, and just plain nonsense out there that we are bombarded with every day.
I had been trying out different ones, as I’d carried excess since I was a teenager and was finally sick of the yo-yo effect, and the results that didn’t stay there next week, or next month.
I finally said enough is enough, I need something that actually works, that I can stick with, that doesn’t make me feel like I’m from a different planet when chosing what to eat, and doesn’t exhaust me totally when I try to follow the exercise program.
Programs that followed up also would have a head start in my search, along with sensible advice, and fat loss that worked.
