Weight Loss - Never a straight line
Friday, December 5th, 2008Why is it you see all these great promises, 1lb a week, 1lb a day. It just doesn’t work like that. You might lose 2lbs today, then go 3 days without losing anything.
But if find a good program and you stick it, then you will see progress on a regular basis. And when it gets to 10lbs, and someone says “how did you do it?” then you’ll say to them, “it took 5 weeks, and I lost around 2lbs a week”, and it’ll seem easy.
That’s what is happening with the program we are following at the moment. Strip that Fat has some really great features, makes shopping so easy, and I know that what’s in the fridge is plenty and is the right foods to keep our bodies fit and healthy.
